One story'Explain the one news story today that actually affects my industry or my money.'

Before any meeting (60 seconds)

Prep'I'm meeting [who] about [what]. What should I ask, and what should I not agree to on the spot?'

After any meeting (90 seconds)

Clean-upPaste your messy notes: 'Decisions made, who owes what, deadlines. Format as a follow-up email.'

Evening shutdown (2 minutes)

Recap'Today I finished X, didn't start Y. Tomorrow I have [commitments].'
Plan'Build my top 3 for tomorrow and place the deep-work block.' Then close the laptop.

Rules that make it stick

AttachTie each habit to something you already do: coffee, calendar alert, laptop shutdown.
One threadKeep one ongoing conversation per project so the AI keeps the context.
Three itemsTomorrow's list is 3 things, never 15. The fantasy list is why lists fail.
