Do I need to pay to try the course?
No. Chapter 1 (Setup) is completely free, no signup needed. One payment unlocks the other nine modules, the prompt library, and the cheat sheets, forever.
Which AI assistant do I need for this course?
Any of the big four: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot. Every lesson, prompt, and exercise works identically on all of them, and their free tiers are enough for the whole course.
I bought the course but it's locked on my other device.
Access is currently stored in your browser, so it's per-device. Open the unlock link from your purchase confirmation on the new device and you're in. If you've lost it, email us and we'll sort you out.
My progress or streak disappeared.
Progress lives in your browser's storage. Clearing browsing data, using private/incognito mode, or switching browsers will reset it. Your course access can always be restored via your unlock link; completed modules just need re-ticking.
The quiz won't let me complete a module.
Each module's quick check needs all three questions answered correctly before the complete button unlocks. Wrong guesses cost nothing, keep trying, and reread the lesson section the question came from.
How do I download the cheat sheets?
Open any sheet from the Cheat Sheets page and press Download PDF. That opens your browser's print dialog, choose 'Save as PDF' as the destination and you'll get a clean one-page file.
How long does the course take?
Each module is 15 to 25 minutes including the exercise and quiz. Most people finish in a week doing one module a day, which conveniently builds a 7-day streak.
Can I get a refund?
If the course isn't for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you, no interrogation.
